Welcome to the website for the Kiwanis Club of Blue Island, IL.  Please feel free to explore our website to find out what projects we are involved with and I invite you to come to any of our service projects which is located under the Events page to help out or attend any our meetings on Monday nights at 6:30 PM at the Beverly Woods Resturant, 11532 S Western Avenue, Chicago, IL.  We meet in the Sunbeam room.  The only time we do not meet is on major holidays.  If you are unsure if we meet on a specific holiday, check out the meeting page of this website.  If you have any questions about our club feel free to e-mail Marty Longo at blueislandkiwanis@hotmail.com 










Entertainment Books are available for purchace-- Great chance to help our club and save money



With nearly 90% of households using coupons, your local Kiwanis club has an opportunity to help YOU save money while helping your community. 

We are selling Entertainemnt Books for 2011 for $25, These books has hundrads if not thousands of dollars of savings for everyone.  You can save money from places like theathers, recreation activities, grocrey, dining, travel -- airfare, car rentals, hotels-- you name it you can save money on it

If you want to order a book, please mail a check or money order for $25 per book payable to: Kiwanis Club of Blue Island and mail to:

Please enclose an address where we can drop off your book and if you have a non-local address, we ask that you pay an additional $8 for shipping charges to cover our cost to get the book or books out to you.

For each book sold, our club makes $5 per book.  The books we are selling are the Chicago South books.  However if you want to buy a book for a friend, family, who lives out of the are or  for when you travel, please send an e-mail to Marty at blueislandkiwanis@hotmail.com, and we  can special order an out of town book with advance notice.  Note that out of town books may vary in price from the Chicago south books.
